1. Business Name or Company name registration is now fully AI-Prompt automated and instant
2. Once your payment is successful and all details are correct, your Business name certificate can be out in 10 to 20 minutes.
3. Business/Company Name name reservation is also instant
4. Both Business And Company name reservations are now instant, too. No more waiting days for approval
5. However, Company registration still takes between 14 to 21 working days
6. Company documents are still reviewed manually by CAC officers before final approval
7. NGO name reservation and registration still follow the old manual process
8. NGO registration can take between 30 to 60 days
9. Post-incorporation filings, such as Annual Returns, Change of Directors, Change of Address, Share Capital Increase, and others, still follow the old approval method
10. Only Business Name registration enjoys full automation with the new AI Model for now
