Step Two is to Confirm if you are a REGISTERED VOTER! By simply entering your details such as
1.) State
2.) Surname and
3.) Date of Birth or VIN

If Your Details is found on INEC Nigeria Voterreg Portal, congratulation to you
If your information was not found and you are sure, the information you entered is correct, then you need to contact INEC by going here Contact INEC
