I will switch to a weekly follow-up routine with just one or two weekly email campaigns alone to keep the connection engagement and nurture the relationship

Although AI-written emails sound awkward and have that AI feel to them, the software can be used to gather contacts and scrape data for personalization. 

 

AI should be an assistant, not the writer. For example, it can check grammar, and paragraphs and adjust the tone so it’s not too harsh or something like that.

 

In today’s internet world 2024, people have even lower attention spans and time to read long-tale email messages, so be straight to the point, and say what the pain point is. Say how you solve that, and add your call to action so your email leads users can take action

 

Also Remember: you should have an Unsubscribe button at the end of your emails for legal compliance, and use a custom domain. Be sure to configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so your emails don’t go into spam.
