Start It, Build It, And Grow It (Start And Grow Your Business Now) doing just these three steps
This is important to read if you are an aspiring entrepreneur, if you have ever thought that you want to start your business and you have not yet done it, you need to read this post to the end
It’s going to give you a play-by-play roadmap on how exactly to do that, but before we proceed. Is good you know this post is broken down into three parts, categorically

And am going to focus more on part one “Start It” and part two, “Build IT” in this post, and later in an upcoming post where I will cover part three “Grow It”. SO LET PROCEED
Start It: Start that business
If you are reading this and you haven’t started your business or any business yet? which I suspect that a lot of people I know, who for one reason or the other are yet to start their business even after having some great ideas
More reasons I keep telling people that ideas are nothing when not put into action, so if you are yet to start a business. hear this
Maybe you might have been thinking about starting a business for several years, but you have just not yet taken an action in starting
There is this belief myth that happens amongst everyone who is an aspiring businessman or entrepreneur, which is I need the right idea
Or do my ideas need to be fully formed before I can take action to start Such a business
Most people in this category keep telling themselves that they can not get started until they have the right idea, the fully formed ideas before they can take action to start
You see, the reality is that “you don’t start a business by first having the right idea or fully formed ideas” and then starting the business
Start it, start it now with the little you already have, start a business by deciding to start a business, and then you will find the process to come up with real-life practical ideas
And really, the core message here is for you to start with what you have, start, begin before you are ready, don’t wait until you are ready to start off
In business, no one feels ready to start a business if you are still waiting on the right time, in real senses the time is never right, or let’s say, all times are right time cos they are created, and made possible by one God who according to the bible is always right
There is never a right time to start a business, similarly, the timing to start a business is never quite right, but you have to just start, start, and begin that business of yours right before you are ready
In the business world, most people overthink first and act later, but in the school of success, every successful entrepreneur acts first and figures it out later
Any analysis ahead of action is purely speculation, you can analyze except you act. You do not understand something until you have done it
Rather than trying to plan your way into the confidence to act, why don’t you just start acting and proceed along with the unfolding realities?
Again starting is all about “NOW” and “NOT HOW” This also applies to whenever you are doing something, we’re like? okay, well, I have got this idea for this thing but how do I do it? and there is thing tyranny how that sometimes holds us back from doing things
Instead, think what is the smallest action can take, you can take right now? another reason why most successful people say “START SMALL) Even if it means taking some of the smallest action right now.
Take some of the smallest action now even if you don’t know what to do about anything, but probably a small action that you can figure out, that you can take action on and once you take action, you can then proceed to getting started with other things
So honestly the wilder part of our topic today is on starting now, knowing too well that no one ever started a business with a perfect idea, so you have to decide to start and then you can figure out the idea in progress

2: Build It, Start Building That Business
Once you have been able to start a business what next is the question most people ask “What Happen Next” The answer is simple “Build It”
Just as we all have in house building, the house is not built overnight, you have to first start and proceed to build the house, so its in business, start and proceed building
Build that you have started and is important you understand the customer-first approach to building a business
When you have started building it begins with you having the mindset of knowing, and finding the type of people you or your business would like to serve
Yes is all about services because, fundamentally what a business is for is solving a problem or some problem
So let’s say “A Business Solves A Problem For Someone Willing To Pay For That Problem To Be Solved”
One of the biggest things that holds back entrepreneurs and has done forever is trying to build something without first verifying that there’s someone out there willing to pay for the thing
That has been the problem that most students often have, because most students come up with great ideas, most of them are like, I have this idea for this business and that!!! which is all nice and good
And some of them will just go and try to build it without first verifying that there are people to pay for it. These are reasons why when it comes to generating business ideas customers come first, knowing those who like to buy your business products or services is as important as everything
Customers come first even before the idea, to build a business, you need someone to sell to, even if it means selling from the first day to a very few customers you already have, to build a business, entrepreneurship, you need someone to sell to
So your first step in starting a business, building a business is figuring out “Who Are You Going To Sell To” Have that ideally within your zone of influence
Another important area you need to take note of is if these people are going to sell to “Customers” who have money
So not just thinking out the type of customers you want to sell to, but also figure out if the type of customers you are to sell to have “Money”?
Because it’s so much easier to create a business, where you are targeting people who have money, rather than people who don’t have money
Again this is one of the biggest issues with some students and business owners, they have started a business with customers people who do not have money and this may have impacted their business model wrongly
So after you have figured out if your target customers have money, and ensured you target people that have money, the next to brainstorm is “What Are Their Problems”
What are all of the problems that these people who have money have you can provide solutions to?
We all know that the whole world is progressing based on people discovering a problem or problems and then trying to find the solution to that problem
Let’s take the example of Uber, Uber started because someone complained, and was like, oh man, it’s annoying trying to ring down a taxi company and so that’s where the idea for Uber comes along
In the business world, you need to consider if your ideal customers are paying for it, whether have they pre-ordered the things, type of products, or services you are going into, and would they be willing to be your first customers. These are things you need to consider while progressing with Building that business up
